General Affairs and Finance Coordination Meeting

In order to maximize the absorption of the 2022 budget and related to the decrease in the number of practicing lecturers, the Faculty of Economics and Business at Udayana University (FEB Unud) held a General and Finance Coordination Meeting on Monday (07/02). The meeting was held offline at the MM Building, 3rd Floor, Rooms 3.1 and 3.2, Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University while maintaining health protocols to participate in tackling the spread of Covid-19 in the FEB Unud environment.


The meeting was attended by the Dean, Deputy Deans, Study Program Coordinators, Unit Coordinators, IBSN Program Coordinators, Administrative Coordinators, General and Finance Sub-Coordinators, Assistant Expenditure Treasurers, Financial Managers, Financial Administrations, and BMN Managers.


Having the opportunity to represent the Dean of FEB Unud, the event was opened by the Deputy Dean for General Affairs and Finance (WD II), Dr. I Gusti Ngurah Agung Suaryana, S.E., M.Sc., Ak, expressed his gratitude to all the leaders and educational staff who were invited to attend this meeting. He continued, this meeting was held according to the agenda, namely to convey information about the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for Financial Management FEB Unud and discussions about Practitioners Lecturers.


The Study Program Coordinator and Unit Coordinator are expected to be able to execute the existing budget in Quarter I in accordance with the applicable SOP. All units that hold a budget at FEB Unud are also expected to evaluate the budget in Quarter II, Quarter III, and Quarter IV to be revised in the budget revision period in order to maximize budget absorption at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University in 2022.


Continued on the second agenda, which is related to the use of practitioner lecturers in the learning process at FEB Unud, the Dean of FEB Unud, Agoes Ganesha Rahyuda, S.E., M.T., Ph.D. instructs the coordinator of the study program to send each of the 10 names of practitioner lecturers according to their field of knowledge. The proposed practitioner lecturer must meet the criteria stated in the Decree of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3/M/2021 concerning Main Performance Indicators of State Universities and Higher Education Service Institutions at the Ministry of Education and Culture, precisely on page 8 point c (1 ) for Academic PTN.
