Equilibrium Youth Entrepreneur (EYE) 2024: Expo, Talkshow, Awarding, and Closing

Denpasar, Semi-autonomous Body of Young Entrepreneurs FEB UNUD - Semi-autonomous Body of Young Entrepreneurs Faculty of Economics and Business Udayana University proudly held Expo, Talkshow, Awarding, and Closing of Equilibrium Youth Entrepreneur (EYE) 2024 on Saturday, June 29, 2024 at TransStudio Mall Bali. With the theme "Green Entrepreneurship: From Idea to Startup", the event aims to inspire, support, and provide a platform for the younger generation to present innovative and sustainable business ideas.The event consists of four main series: Expo, Talkshow, Awarding, and Closing, designed to provide a comprehensive experience for participants and visitors. The EYE 2024 Expo was a platform for participants to introduce and market their innovative and sustainable products and business ideas. The expo provided an opportunity for 15 participating teams to present their products to the public, investors and the business community. Through this expo, participants were able to network, get feedback, and attract interest and support from various parties.




The event began at 12.00 WITA with the registration of invitations and participants, followed by the opening by the MC and prayer together. After that, the product introduction session by the EYE 2024 participating teams began. Each team had 10 minutes to introduce their products, and there were 12 teams that would introduce their products in turn. Then, followed by the product introduction stage from 3 teams of the Merdeka Campus Competition Program (PKKM) of the Development Economics study program with the same time duration. 




Furthermore, the EYE 2024 talk show session presented two well-known speakers, namely Kadek Satria Putra Purnama (Founder of Pranee Indonesia) and Tommy Sutarso (Store Manager of Zero Waste Bali). The talkshow provided an in-depth insight into green entrepreneurship and the importance of sustainable innovation. Kadek Satria Putra Purnama shared his experience on how to combine technical knowledge with entrepreneurial spirit to create innovative and impactful solutions. Meanwhile, Tommy Sutarso discussed about strategies to reduce waste and promote sustainable lifestyle through Zero Waste Bali.




This was followed by the awarding ceremony. This awarding includes the favorite team and the best team of EYE 2024 and the presentation of mementos to the winners. In addition, the three best teams from the Merdeka Campus Competition Program (PKKM) of the Development Economics study program and 10 EYE 2024 teams that passed the Expo funding were also announced. This awarding aims to give appreciation to the participants for their hard work and creativity, as well as encourage the spirit of entrepreneurship among the younger generation.




The last event, the Closing of EYE 2024, began with a report from the Chairperson of the Organizing Committee, followed by remarks from the Chairperson of the FEB Unud Young Entrepreneur Semi-autonomous Board, and remarks from the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University. The event was officially closed by the Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Information of FEB Unud by beating the gong three times, followed by a group photo session and a stunning special performance.
