Doctor of Law Study Program Organizes National Seminar

Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id - Wednesday (11/15/2023) The Doctor of Law Study Program (PDIH) FH UNUD held a National Seminar with the theme "Overcoming Child Delinquency from Various Perspectives" which took place in the Hall of FH UNUD Denpasar Campus. The National Seminar was opened directly by Koprodi Doctor of Law Science FH UNUD (Prof. Dr. Putu Sudarma Sumadi, S.H., S. U) and held in a hybrid manner using a webex platform which was attended by representatives of each Lab / Law Section within FH UNUD, UP3M, UP2M and UPIKS Coordinators, FH UNUD lecturers, S1, S2 MIH, S2 MKN and S3 students (online and offline), Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection, Population Control and Family Planning, lecturers and students from FH Dwijendra University, FH Mahasaraswati University, FH Ngurah Rai University, FH Undiknas, FH Mahendradatta University, FH Warmadewa University, FH Undiksha.

The 4 speakers presented, namely: Dr. Nathalina Naibaho, S.H., M.H (Lecturer in Criminal Law Studies FH University of Indonesia), Putu Elvina, S.Psi., M.M (Commissioner of Education and Counseling Komnas HAM), Gede Kamajaya, S.Pd., M.Si (Lecturer FISIP UNUD) and Dr. I.B. Surya Dharma Jaya, S.H., M.H. (Head of Lab / Criminal Law Section FH UNUD). The national seminar discussion was very interactive, several offline participants asked questions to the four speakers. The topic of the seminar was very interesting considering the fact that there was an increase in juvenile delinquency that led to criminal acts.
