Agricultural Industrial Technology Study Program Students Carry Out Field Practicum at PT. Bali Extract Utama

The Agricultural Industrial Technology Study Program continually improves the quality of education, as evidenced by the collaboration that is always carried out with industry in Bali. This time the collaboration was again carried out with PT. Bali Extract Utama is Field Practicum for the Industrial Instrumentation Course which will be held on 28th October 2023.

 

This activity was attended by a total of 72 students who were accompanied by the course lecturer, Mrs. Dr. Ir. Ni Made Wartini, M.P and accompanied by PLP Made Surya Pramana Mahardika, S. TP., M. Sc. and received directly by the Operations Manager Mr. Aman Selamat, S.T. The activity carried out was a visit to PT. Bali Extract Utama is one of the extract producing companies located in Klungkung Regency, Bali. In this practicum activity in the field, students learn directly and compare the theory obtained in class with practice carried out directly in industry which is of course related to instrumentation, especially in the extraction sector.

 

Mrs. Dr. Ir. Ni Made Wartini, M.P as the course lecturer hopes that this activity can increase students' knowledge. Apart from that, it is also hoped that through this activity students can see directly what instruments are used in extract-based industries and it is hoped that through the field practicum carried out they can provide an overview to students about the description of jobs carried out in industry.
