Increasing Insight, Faculty of Animal Husbandry Unud Holds Socialization of Official Manuscripts

Official Document Management is a regulation regarding the type, composition and form, production, security, signing authority, and control used in official communications. Often we ignore official scripts, which have their own rules and it is important to understand them. Regarding administrative improvements, the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University (Fapet Unud) carried out a socialization event regarding the Official Document Management, located at the AA Building, Fl. 3 Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Udayana University, Bukit Jimbaran Campus. The aim is to know more about how to make documents correctly so that administration can be better (Thursday, 12 October 2023). The socialization event was opened directly by the Dean of Faculty of Animal Husbandry Unud Dr. Ir. Dewi Ayu Warmadewi, S.Pt., M.Si., IPM., ASEAN Eng. and attended by Deputy Deans, Study Program Coordinators, Unit Coordinators, Administrative Coordinators, Sub-Coordinators in the Faculty of Animal Science Unud.

This socialization event regarding official manuscripts invited resource persons who are competent in their fields, namely the Head/Coordinator of the TU, RT, and HTL Unud Dr. I Wayan Gayun Widharma, SE., M.Si. In his speech, the Dean of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Dr. Ir. Dewi Ayu Warmadewi, S.Pt., M.Si., IPM., ASEAN Eng. expressed his gratitude for the presence of the resource persons and hoped that this socialization would improve the administration at Faculty of Animal Husbandry Unud for the better. "The enlightenment from the resource person that will be conveyed later, will make us not be indifferent to each other, not talk to each other about keto kone from the past, like, let's change it together, what the rules are actually like. "Please listen carefully and later we will discuss if there are any problems or things that are not clear regarding the topic, ladies and gentlemen, please ask later because our resource person is very qualified," said Dr. Warmadewi. Resource person Dr. I Wayan Gayun Widharma, SE., M.Si. In his presentation of the material, he explained how to write a good letter that could be understood by the recipient of the letter. "So that's the importance of writing a good letter. If the letter is good, the recipient of the letter will not ask again about the contents of the letter. If they ask again, it means there is an incompleteness in the information conveyed," explained Dr. Swing.
