SONGSONG LECTURES ODD SEMESTER ACADEMIC YEAR 2023/2024 FACULTY OF ECONOMICS AND BUSINESS UNUD HELD TEACHING LECTURER ASSIGNMENT MEETING

In order to welcome the odd-semester lectures for the 2023–2024 academic year. The Faculty of Economics again held a Lecturer Assignment Meeting for the odd semester of the 2023/2024 Academic Year on Friday, September 8, 2023, at the Hall gd. BH lt. IV FEB Unud Denpasar. This routine activity to start lectures every semester is attended by all teaching lecturers at FEB Unud, which aims to equalize perceptions in order to prepare lecturers to face lectures and at the same time socialize policies and progress in faculty management delivered by the Vice Deans in accordance with their management fields.

 

 

The Dean of FEB, Unud Agoes Ganesha Rahyuda, S.E., M.T., Ph.D., emphasized that lecturers can play an active role in committee activities in the faculty in addition to fulfilling their main duties, namely teaching, research, and community service. Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs and Planning of FEB Unud, Dr. Ida Bagus Putu Purbadharmaja, S.E., M.E., explained that based on the results of the evaluation of the even semester lecture process for the 2022–2023 academic year, in general, it has fulfilled 16 meetings, but there are several study programs that have not been fulfilled due to illness and other things that cannot be left. Lecturers attend lectures on time, showing very satisfied conditions; lecturers as academic advisors are very good; academic handbooks in FEB provide information about lectures that have shown very good conditions; the final project guidebook has been implemented by obtaining very satisfied results; and in this semester, the total number of classes offered is 655. Furthermore, the condition of human resources owned by FEB Unud was presented by the Deputy Dean for General and Financial Affairs, Dr. I Gusti Ngurah Agung Suaryana, S.E., M.Si. The presentation on student affairs was delivered by the Vice Dean for Student Affairs and Information, Dr. I Gde Kajeng Baskara, S.E., Ak., M.M. In his presentation, he conveyed the academic and non-academic achievements achieved by FEB Unud students, the development of the tracer study response rate, and the socialization of the FEB social media platform.

 

 

In addition, through this Lecturer Assignment Meeting activity, the names of lecturers who will retire in the odd semester of FY 2023–2024 were also announced and discussed. This regularly held lecturer meeting is a forum to discuss all the challenges and obstacles that exist and coordinate continuously because it is related to a large institution with thousands of students.
