Ministry of Law and Human Rights Visit to FH UNUD: Technical Consultation on Illegal Fishing and Cyberspace

Denpasar, FLUNUD.ac.id - Representatives of the Directorate General of General Legal Administration (Ditjen AHU) of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia visited FH UNUD on Tuesday (05/09/2023) at Room LII D8 Denpasar Campus to conduct technical consultations related to illegal fishing and cyberspace issues. Representatives of the Directorate General of AHU consisted of 4 people: Agvirta Armilia Sativa (Acting Director of Central Authority and International Law), I Gede Gandi Tama (Legal Analyst), Fathushalih Ensy (Legal Analyst) and Donny Primaputra (Executive).

In accordance with the letter of request for technical consultation from the Directorate General of AHU, those who were asked to provide technical consultation were Made Maharta Yasa, S.H., M.H and I Made Budi Arsika, S.H., LLM (Lecturer at the International Law Lab / Section in charge of illegal fishing and cyberspace). The technical consultation on illegal fishing and cyberspace will be an issue that will be discussed at the 61st Annual Session of the Asian-African Legal Consultative Organization (AALCO).
