Celebrating the 78th Indonesian Independence Day, the Orthopedics and Traumatology Specialist Study Program of the Faculty of Medicine of Udayana University Held Community Service at Dalem Pengembak Temple, Sanur, Denpasar.

Coinciding with Indonesia's 78th Independence Day, the Orthopedic and Traumatology Specialist Study Program at the Faculty of Medicine of Udayana University carried out Community Service activities which took place at Dalem Pengembak Temple, Sanur, Denpasar. (17/8/2023)

 

This activity was divided into 3 series of events, which began with the implementation of the Flag Ceremony in the context of the 78th Indonesian Independence Day led by the Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs and Planning of the Faculty of Medicine, Unud, Dr. dr. I Gede Eka Wiratnaya, Sp.OT(K) Dr. IGNG Ngoerah. The second event was followed by a joint prayer event. After the joint prayer, the collaboration of 3 study programs, namely Orthopedics and Traumatology, Clinical Pathology and Internal Medicine, carried out Free Health Services consisting of giving free medicines, checking blood pressure, blood sugar and injections in the knee joints for patients with complaints of knee pain . The target of this health service activity is the temple administrators and the community around the temple.
