Lecturer of FTP Udayana University Appointed as Resource Person at KPN Member Training Karya Bina Sejahtera Unud

Lecturer at the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Mrs. I Desak Putu Kartika Pratiwi, S.TP., M.P. from the Food Technology Study Program and Mrs. Dr. Ir. Luh Putu Wrasiati, M.P. from the Agroindustrial Technology Study Program became a guest speaker in the KPN Karya Bina Sejahtera Membership Training at Udayana University which was held on 3rd December 2022 at the Processing Laboratory, Food Technology Study Program, Faculty of Agricultural Technology Agrocomplex Building, Sudirman Campus, Udayana University.

 

In this activity, training was given on processing dry snacks, namely Cookies and Rengginang Bumbu from I Desak Putu Kartika Pratiwi, S.TP., M.P., Mrs. Dr. Ir. Luh Putu Wrasiati, M.P., and the team, namely Putu Ayu Gaudiya Waisnawi, S.TP., M.TP. This activity was attended by all members of KPN Karya Bina Sejahtera Udayana University who were about to enter their retirement period so that they were given training in processing dry snacks, namely cookies and rengginang which are expected to become provisions and skills in the future after the members enter their retirement period. Activities run smoothly and are very interactive.

 

 

Mrs. I Desak Putu Kartika Pratiwi, S.TP., M.P. as the resource person reported that the activity took place smoothly and was very interactive, all members of the training participants were very active and enthusiastic in participating in the training, she also hoped that holding this activity could provide new knowledge and skills for all members of KPN Karya Bina Sejahtera Unud so that it could be applied and used as a business opportunity for both personal and group needs after entering the retirement period, she said.
