Increase Synergy for Better and Advanced Unud Postgraduates

Tuesday (19/07/2022), located in Room 3.07 of the Postgraduate Building of Udayana University, a coordination meeting was held between the leadership and the staff of the Unud Postgraduate Education Personnel (Tendik).

This activity was opened directly by the Director of Postgraduate Unud, Prof. Ir. Linawati, M.Eng.Sc.,Ph.D and attended by the Deputy Directors, Administrative Sub-Coordinators, and all Educational Staff at the Postgraduate Program of Udayana University. This activity takes place as a form of evaluating the performance of the staff and also as a forum for the staff and leaders to share their grievances and sorrows while working, in order to increase cooperation and synergy for a better and more advanced Unud Postgraduate.

“Life will continue to change, there will be many experiences and lessons along the way, we must accept every change and must always adapt to the changes that occur. Increase tolerance, increase cooperation so that they can synergize well, so that they can provide even better services," said the Director of Postgraduate Unud.

In line with the Unud Postgraduate Director, Deputy Director for Academic and Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. I Wayan Budiasa, SP., MP. also advised to always instill love for change if you want to move forward. Also the Deputy Director for General Affairs, Finance and Cooperation, Dr. I Gusti Ayu Putri Kartika, SH., MH. said that in work, you must prioritize teamwork, help each other so as not to become a burden to one of the staff, always maintain harmony so that you are comfortable at work, transparent governance, accountability, effectiveness and efficiency and there is a desire to learn so that there is an increase in performance.

Not to forget in his direction, the Director of Postgraduate Unud also reminded all staff to always apply the 6S culture: Smile, Greet, Greeting, Polite, Polite and Happy. (bmp)
